C L SEWARD ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

C L Seward Pty Ltd’s Online Returns Policy is designed to:

  • Assist you to make your return.
  • Support you in accordance with the rights and remedies you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • Make your shopping experience with us pleasurable.

Purchases made at third party stockists cannot be exchanged or refunded to our Online Returns Department and will need to be returned to the store the item(s) were purchased from.

Return postage costs will be at your own expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not the item(s) ordered. Faulty or incorrect item(s) will be determined by C L Seward Pty Ltd. In this instance, postage costs will be incurred by C L Seward Pty Ltd.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by C L Seward Pty Ltd.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS

At C L Seward Pty Ltd we will happily exchange or refund your full price item(s) where the return has been received by the Online Returns Department within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If the returning items are received outside of the 14 days, C L Seward Pty Ltd may refuse any requests for exchange or refund.

Returns will only be accepted provided that:

  • Proof of purchase (Online Order Confirmation or Invoice) and the Returns Form is received with the returning item(s).
  • Photos of the faulty items have been sent through to us via email
  • The item(s) are in the original new and unused condition with all packaging, boxes and tags attached.
  • The returning item(s) has been received by the Online Returns Department within 14 days from the date of delivery with a copy of the returns form appropriately filled out.

Items on ‘Sale’ will only be exchanged and not refunded for change of mind or incorrect purchase of size unless the item(s) are deemed as faulty or were incorrectly sent by C L Seward Pty Ltd.

We are unable to accept the exchange or return for change of mind or incorrect sizing for tights or socks due to hygiene reasons.

If you would like to exchange a sale item(s) for an alternative item(s), we strongly recommend to re purchase online to secure the stock straight away as the stock may not be available to exchange, then send your return within 14 days of date of delivery with a copy of your Proof of purchase (Online Order Confirmation or Invoice) and a copy of the Returns Form filled out appropriately with a note of your new order number to show you have re ordered.

Once the returning item(s) are received by the Online Returns Department, a refund will be provided by crediting your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs (unless the goods are deemed as faulty or incorrect by C L Seward Pty Ltd within 7 working days of receiving the returning item(s). If a sale item(s) is returns for a refund without a reference to the new order number or in fact a new order has not been placed, C L Seward Pty Ltd may refuse any requests for exchange and will provide an online credit.

If the alternative size, pack, box or colour is no longer available for sale purchased item(s), a online credit voucher will be provided to you via email, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met.

For all Sale (non- full price) item(s) to be exchanged once the sale is finished, please use the second option and return your item(s) to the Online Returns Department. 

ONLINE EXCHANGES

For all Sale (non- full price) item(s) to be exchanged once the sale is finished, please use the second option and return your item(s) to the Online Returns Department. 

If you would like to exchange an item(s) for an alternative item(s), we recommend to re purchase online to secure the stock then send your return within 14 days of date of delivery with a copy of your Proof of purchase (Online Order Confirmation or Invoice) and a copy of the Returns Form filled out appropriately.

Or you may also just simply send your retuning item(s) to the Online Returns Department and request an exchange by filling out the appropriate details on the returns form which is to be sent along with your returning item(s). Your exchange item(s) will be sent within 7 working days of receiving the returning item(s).

  • If the alternative size, pack or colour is no longer available for full priced (non- sale) purchased item(s), a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met.
  • If the alternative size, pack or colour is no longer available for sale purchased item(s), a online credit voucher will be provided to you via email, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met.

ONLINE REFUNDS

If you would like to obtain a refund on a full price (non- sale) item(s) due to change of mind, please send your item(s) that you wish to return to our returns address, enclose with the returns form filled out and a copy of your order confirmation or Invoice. Return postage costs will be at your expense.

If you would like to obtain a refund for sale or full price item(s) due to a fault, please send photos of your faulty or incorrect item(s) along with proof of purchase (copy of invoice or online order confirmation) to our customer support team.

Once your item(s) is deemed faulty or incorrect by C L Seward Pty Ltd and confirmation is supplied, a pre-paid post satchel or consignment note will be sent to you for the return item(s) at no charge.

Please send the item(s) that you wish to return to our Online Returns Department, enclose with the returns form filled out and a copy of your order confirmation or Invoice.

Once the returns department receives the returning item(s) a refund will be provided by crediting your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs (unless the goods are deemed as faulty or incorrect by C L Seward Pty Ltd within 7 workings days of receiving the retuning item(s).
